General Guidelines

The Major Project final evaluation

The Major Project final evaluation includes

a) Power Point Presentation.

• The presentation should be a group presentation that outlines the project in brief.
• Time duration: 40 min – 50 min. followed by Q&A sessions.

b) Demonstration of the project work.

• Demonstration of the project work has to be done along with presentation or prior to the presentation.

c) Viva voce on the project topic – Individual

Project Report

1. Draft report – Each Project batch should submit a Draft report of the project work done as per the Guidelines for preparing project report on or before the evaluation date. The total literature should fall within 100 pages following the formatting rules mentioned in the annexure.The draft report should be submitted duly attested and verified by the respective project guides on the day of presentation, failing which the team will not be allowed to present the project.
2. Two copies (Hard Bind – One Department copy and One library copy) of the final major project report has to be submitted on or before the last date mentioned as per the guidelines of preparing Major Project report, to the coordinator.
3. Each student should submit a final major project report (hard bind copy) on or before March 23, 2010 as per the guidelines of preparing Major Project report, to the coordinator.
